We get it! Emergencies and illnesses happen, and we’re not monsters. However - Your appointment time is reserved for you and you alone. All non-emergency reschedules or cancelations less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50 percent of the service cost. No shows will be charged 100 percent of the service cost. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of The Lash Lab. Illness/fever IS considered an emergency and therefore penalty-free, though repeated instances of last-minute illness-related cancelations may result in a non-refundable deposit requirement at the discretion of The Lash Lab.
